FSIS-CN-03-2004: This change notice transmits revisions to the FSIS User’s Manual. These revisions include changes to Work Registration Code definitions and screens that display Race, Ethnicity and Language Codes that were not included in FSIS User’s Manual Change No. 2-2004.

FSIS-CN-02-2004: This change notice transmits a revision to the FSIS User’s Manual. The revisions are to screens in section 200 that are affected by the new Race, Ethnicity and Language codes that are to be used in FSIS effective October 11, 2004.
